Breathe Back Yoga


We have spent some time recently working closely with the NHS  Physiotherapy Clinic  in Truro to develop a gentle, warm yoga class for people with back shoulder and neck pain. This may be a progression from working with your Physiotherapist or if you are just looking for a class that can cater for your bad back.


The Breathe Back Yoga class will allow you to move your back and body slowly and gently in a safe and professional environment, with the intention that over time with improved spine health you can progress to one of our other classes. It is best suited to people who can move on and off the ground slowly and may have Sciatica, Piriformis Syndrome or Bulging Discs and suitable for all ages.
