Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centring of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.
In the Breathe Deep Restorative class we will typically hold most postures for 2 mins allowing us to deepen our awareness of tight muscles and use our breath to help these areas release. There is also some lovely music to help you relax into these postures and find peace and stillness in full Asana.
This class is open to all levels and great if you have hips, lower back on shoulder tightness. Also a wonderful class if you are stuck in certain posture development in other yoga classes and can't move forward. This class will help you deepen all other practise’s.
