Hips Shoulders Core Yoga
HSC Yoga is simply that - we work on tight hips, tight shoulders and strengthen your core.
In this class you will explore a deeper opening in areas that you hold tightness from old injuries or new ones. We will explore mobility and functionality of the major muscles in these areas.
This class is open to all levels and great if you have hips, lower back on shoulder tightness. Also a wonderful class if you are a runner, cyclist, swimmer or any dynamic sports which demands a lot form these areas. This targeted class will help you stay injury free for your 2023 season.
